Green pea-cod cream


  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams celery
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 300 grams green peas
  • 800 milliliters milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 boiled potatoes
  • 800 grams cod fillets
  • 1 bunch of tarragon
  • lime zest

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and chop the onion and celery, pass in olive oil. Pour the broth and add the peas, bring to a boil, add milk and boil again, mash into puree. Season with salt and pepper. Cut potatoes into cubes, fish - small pieces. Boil in soup. Season ready soup with chopped tarragon and lime zest.
