Greek tomato salad

Ingredients

  • 500 grams tomatoes, diced
  • 4 stalk leek, sliced into rings
  • 10 black olives, chopped
  • 250 grams feta cheese cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Cook sauce from the oil, vinegar, mustard, water, sugar, pepper and salt. Mix tomatoes, leeks, olives and feta, season with the sauce and let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
