Greek style rad cabbage salad


  • 1 red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 apples, grated
  • For the filling: 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop apples and cabbage mix. For the dressing whisk mustard, horseradish, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar to dissolve the sugar, olive oil enter. Dress the salad, mix well and let stand in the refrigerator.
