Greek style chicken with lemons


  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 lemons
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 500 grams onions
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Salt and pepper chicken, put in a refractory form. Squeeze juice out of lemon, add salt, pepper, passed through the press garlic and olive oil. Peeled potatoes put in a prepared marinade, let stand 20 minutes. Chop the onion slices and put together with potatoes to the chicken. Pour the marinade and sprinkle with thyme. Put in a cold oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius and cook for 1.5 hours (until soft potato). Sprinkle with chopped parsley feeding.
