Greek style cabbage salad


  • 1 kilogram white cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoons black olives, pitted

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash the cabbage, cut finely. Wash carrot, peel, grate and add to the cabbage. Add spices to taste lettuce and mash well. Let stand for 60 minutes. Clean garlic, pass through the press, add to the salad. Mix water with oil, season with salad. Serve and garnish with olives.
