Greek style baked in parchment lamb leg


  • lamb leg (1.5 kg)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Clean leg of lamb, wash and dry. Cut open and lard with garlic, rub with salt and pepper. Lemon juice mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, grease lamb. Wrap in parchment leg first and then several layers of foil. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 2-2.5 hours.
