Greek shepherd's cream


  • 20 black olives
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 400 grams feta cheese
  • 200 grams softened butter
  • 5 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano

Preparation method (receipt)

Clear olives from seeds, chop finely,pass garlic through the press. Grind feta cheese with a fork with butter, tomato paste, spices. Add the olives and garlic. Let it brew before serving.
