Greek rice salad


  • 500 grams cooked rice
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 5 black olives, sliced into rings
  • 1 clove of garlic, passed through press
  • 1 pinch of sugar

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash sweet pepper, apple and cucumber, peel and cut into small slices. Mix crumbled feta with garlic. Mix rice with tomato juice, olive oil, salt and sugar, tomato paste, black olives and peppers. Give each mixture to infuse for half an hour and mix.
