Greek pasta salad


  • 250 grams pasta (short Penne)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper
  • 200 grams soft feta cheese
  • 1 bunch of dill 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil the pasta until tender, season with olive oil. Peel cucumber, cut into small cubes, pass garlic through the press, cut onion into rings, core sweet pepper, cut into slices, cut feta into cubes. For the filling mix the vinegar, oil, spices and dill, season with salad and let stand for 1 hour.
