Gilled pig


  • 1 suckling pig (40 kg)
  • 50 buns, crumbled
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 kilogram pork breast, chopped finely
  • 10 onions
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • 2 liter milk
  • salt

  • ground cumin
  • 1 kilogram coarse salt
  • 250 grams vegetable oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Dissolve the salt in 1 liter of the water, add the cumin and pepper. Inject a salted water in the meat with a syringe with a large needle rud the pork with a pickle inside and out.
