  • 500 grams beef
  • 6 onions
  • 8 boiled potatoes
  • 500 grams minced sausages
  • 6 eggs
  • 8 wheat buns

  • 250 grams lard

Preparation method (receipt)

Prepare the stomach: clean and wash. Dice the pork with beef, fry in the melted lard with onions. Mix in a large bowl with minced sausages, eggs, crushed buns and spices. Fill the stomach and sew up the hole. Boil the stomach at 80 degrees Celsius for 3 hours.
