German gnocchi with sauce of cream cheese with wild garlic


  • 500 grams gnocchi
  • 2 onions
  • 600 grams champignons
  • 150 grams cream cheese with wild garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil or steam to cook the noodles. Cut into small pieces the onion and mushrooms and fry in olive oil until all the liquid has evaporated. Add the noodles, fry a little. Add cream cheese, give it to melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
