Garlic shrimps


  • 20 large shrimps
  • 60 milliliters olive oi
  • l 80 grams butter
  • 0,5 red chile pepper
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 60 milliliters white wine
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Preparation method (receipt)

Scale shrimps, cut intestinal vein, leaving the shell on the tail. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan, add the butter, crushed chili pepper and half of the chopped garlic and fry for 3 minutes. Add shrimp and remaining garlic, cook for 3 minutes. Pour the white wine, simmer for 4 minutes, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
