Garlic mushrooms


  • 500 grams small champignons
  • 40 grams butter
  • 2 slices of bacon with meat veins
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 25g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon slices

Preparation method (receipt)

Clean mushrooms and fry for 3 minutes in butter. Chop bacon finely, add garlic, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings to the mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes without a lid, stirring frequently. Season with lemon juice, served with slices of lemon and parsley.
