Garlic cream soup


  • 1 small onion
  • 10 cloves of garlic 50 grams butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 liter water, 2 cubes of vegetable broth
  • 125 milliliters cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • grain bread, diced
  • garlic
  • parsley, chopped

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop peeled onion and garlic, sauté in the butter, add flour, pour water, add vegetable broth and boil for 10 minutes. Blend in a puree. Fry in the butter diced bread, garlic and parsley and add in the soup, serve.
