Garlic chicken with rosemary potatoes


  • 1 chicken
  • 6 medium-sized potatoes
  • fresh rosemary
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika powder

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash, dry and cut in half the chicken. Put half ot the chicken in a refractory form skin side up. On the top arrange 3-4 cloves garlic and rosemary. Do not clean the potatoes thoroughly washed, cut into slices, put chicken around. Prepare the marinade of oil and spices, chicken and sprinkle them potatoes. Spread the remaining garlic and rosemary all over the form. Bake in a preheated 200 degrees Celsius oven for 60 minutes. Turn on the grill for 10 minutes, until done to get a crispy crust.
