Fried rice with tomatoes and mushrooms


  • 250 grams rice
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 20 grams butter
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tin of peeled tomatoes
  • 125 milliliters tomato juice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • 40 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 250 grams champignons, sliced

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil rice to the state of \"al dente\" for 15-20 minutes. Preheat vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan and pass chopped onion, add the mushrooms and fry together. Add chopped tomatoes, broth and tomato juice, cook 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and season with pepper. Add the Parmesan and serve sprinkled with basil.
