Fried liver


  • 8 slices of beef liver with( 1 centimeterthick )
  • 40 milliliters fresh lemon juice
  • 40 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic , passed through the press
  • 3 teaspoons dried oregano
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Marinate liver slices in a mixture of lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and oregano, without adding salt. Leave at least 1 hour. Fry in hot skillet without oil or coal for 1.5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and serve immediately.
