Frankish style asparagus salad


  • 1 kilogram asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0,25 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • pepper
  • chives
  • parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash asparagus, clean, break off the tip and blanch in boiling water with salt, sugar and butter for 10-15 minutes, discard in a colander. Mix oil with vinegar, add a pinch of sugar, salt, chives and parsley. Pour the hot marinade over the asparagus and let stand for 1-2 hours.
