Frankish style wine soup with cinnamon croutons


  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 40 grams butter
  • 4 apples

  • 400 grams cream
  • 200 grams sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 50 grams butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop the onion, garlic and apple slices and saute small in butter. Add broth, wine and apple juice, boil to reduce the volume to 1/4. Add the cream and sour cream, bring to a boil again.
