Whisk together flour, olive oil and water until smooth paste, wrap in the food film and let stand. Rool uot the dough into fine round plast. Place shortcake in the baking sheet lined with parchment paper,grease with sour cream, sprinkle with bacon, cheese and onion semicircles. Bake in the oven at 260 degrees Celsius for about 4 minutes, reduce heat to 220 degrees Celsius and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
