Fish goulash with cod


  • 800 grams cod fillets
  • 250 grams onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons paprika powder
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • 1 liter vegetable broth

Preparation method (receipt)

Grind the onion and pass in vegetable oil, add the paprika powder and pour the vegetable broth. Cut the fish into small pieces, add to the pot along with garlic passed through the press, simmer 5 minutes. Add the sour cream, salt and pepper, if the sauce is too thin - add flour, diluted in 2 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil and serve.
