Figs with blue cheese


  • 6 figs (blue, not very soft)
  • 100 grams blue cheese
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon port wine
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 12 walnuts halves

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut crosswise the figs and remove the pulp with a spoon, chop. Rub creamy cheese with blue cheese. Add the port wine , chopped nuts, fig pulp and cream. Cut off the fruit bottoms and place on the plate. Using a pastry bag , stuff the filling and decorate with walnut halves.
