  • 250g pasty cottage cheese
  • 250 grams flour
  • 4 eggs
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix flour, eggs and cottage cheese paste until a homogeneous dough. Is deposited using a float for spätzle in salted boiling water. Knёpfle are ready when float to the surface.
