Dumplings of a mixture of raw and cooked potatoes


  • 750 grams potatoes
  • 500g large raw potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 65 grams plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash 750 grams potatoes and boil in their jackets until done, peel warm and mash into a puree, pit in the fridge for some hours. Wipe the mashed potatoes through a sieve. Peel row potatoes and grate finely, squeeze well, add to the boiled potatoes, also add an egg, flour and salt, mix well and form round dumplings. Boil in a salted water on low heat for 20 minutes.
