Fry the duck breasts over low heat for 20 minutes, skin side down. Pour excess fat and turn the breasts, fry for 4 minutes on high heat. Share on form lined with baking paper, skin side up. Put in a cold oven and turn heat to 175 degrees Celsius. Mix the mustard and honey with a brush to grease the breast. Bake for 30 minutes. Iincision and serve.
