Duck breast in fruit sauce with pepper


  • 2 duck breasts ( about 350 grams each)
  • 1 mango
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries
  • 150 grams coconut milk
  • 100 milliliters chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch of curry

Preparation method (receipt)

Incise the skin of duck breasts diamond-shaped. In a frying pan heat the oil and fry the duck breasts skin side for 3 minutes, turn and fry another 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, put in a heat-proof dish. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Peel the mango, cut the bone, cut into cubes. Simmer mango in heated fat 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and broth, add the cranberries and green pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the duck breast into slices and serve with the sauce.
