Drunken sausages


  • 8 fresh sausages, coarsely chopped
  • 4 cups of beer
  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns

Preparation method (receipt)

Prick sausages with toothpicks, put in a saucepan, pour the beer, add bell pepper and bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Drain and fry the sausages on the grill.
