Crete style country salad


  • 1 large lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 600 grams tomatoe pulp
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 250 grams feta cheese
  • 150 grams black olives
  • 2 lemons
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons oregano

Preparation method (receipt)

Rinse salad, dry, chop coarsely. Peel cucumber, cut into large cubes. Core pepper, cut into slices. Wash tomatoes, cut the stalk and cut into slices. Mix green salad with vegetables. Peel onion and coarsely chop. Clean eggs and cut into 4 pieces. Wash and chop the parsley. Add all in a salad bowl. Chop coarsely and add the feta with olives in the salad. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper until creamy sauce, pour the salad, sprinkle with oregano.
