Creamy smoked trout-greens soup


  • 50 grams creamy cheese
  • 40 grams smoked trout fillet
  • 10 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 0.5 tomato, cut into pieces
  • 250 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 0.25 bunch of dill
  • 0.25 bunch of parsley
  • 0,25 bunch of chive
  • a little salt
  • ground black pepper
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Melt margarine in the saucepan, fry flour until creamy colour, stirring occasionally, add vegetable broth, bring to a boil. Melt cheese in the broth, add chopped greens, cook on low heat for a few minutes. Cut finely smoked trout, place in the soup , season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste, serve.
