Creamy cheese dessert with cherries


  • 400 grams creamy cheese
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packages of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packages of cream fixative
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 cups of cherry
  • 4 tablespoons sugar for the crumbs
  • 50 grams butter for the crumbs
  • 200 grams almonds for crumbs, chopped

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and cream until uniform. A second cup of cream to whip up a fixer stable peaks, mix with cheese mass. Fill a glass layer by layer: cream, cherry and sprinkles, for which melt the sugar, add the butter and almonds, stir quickly.
