• 100 grams flour

  • 1 tablespoon softened butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 50 milliliters milk

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the sifted flour with salt and cumin, add softened butter and knead the dough, pouring gently the milk. Roll out the ready-made dough (2-3 millimeters) and cut into small crackers. Arrange crackers onto prepared baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
