Cottage cheese-potato pancakes


  • 500 grams boiled potatoes
  • 500 grams wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 250 grams pasty cotage cheese
  • pinch of salt
  • 150 grams raisins
  • 100 grams sugar
  • cinnamon

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and crush the eve of boiled potatoes, add the flour, egg, cheese, salt, sugar and raisins. Knead the dough homogeneous. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and spread fritters with a tablespoon of and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Serve warm, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
