Cookies "Swabian droplets"

Ingredients

  • 5 small egg whites
  • 125 grams icing sugar
  • 180 grams flour
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • butter for greasing the baking tray

Preparation method (receipt)

Whisk whites until stable peaks. Sift the flour with icing sugar, add in the whites. Place the mixture into the pastry bag and drop small cookies next to each other on the buttered baking tray, put in the warm and dry place for drying for 8 hours. Bake in the oven at 140 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
