  • 1 onion
  • 80 grams arugula
  • 100 grams canned fried paprika with tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 400 grams noodle
  • 1 clove of garlic, passed through the press

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop the onion into strips, arugula wash, dry and large pick. Decant canned peppers and cut into strips. Heat the oil mixture and fry noodles with onions, add garlic. At the end, add the arugula and paprika. A little warm up together, add salt, pepper and season with nutmeg.
