Cod in creamy-apple "coat"


  • 2 cod fillets 200 g
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 250 milliliters dry white wine
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 small sweet and sour apples
  • 1 onion
  • 150 grams raw ham
  • 150 grams shrimps
  • 100 grams grated Emmental cheese
  • 1 teaspoons sweet paprika powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash cod, dry, season with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and add the wine, marinate for 2 hours. Cut garlic in half, rub refractory shape with it, brush it with oil. Pour the marinade, put the fish in shape. Whip separately egg whites and cream. Clear and core apple, cut into small cubes. Cut also onions and ham. Mix apples, ham, onions, shrimps with egg yolks, cheese, cream, at the end add the beaten egg whites and season with paprika, salt and pepper. Put \"coat\" for fish. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 225 degrees Celsius.
