Chopped beefsteak with feta


  • 1 kilogram minced beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3 slices of wheat bread (or breadcrumbs)
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sweet paprika

Preparation method (receipt)

Put the stuffing in a bowl. Cut onions into small cubes, chop the parsley, add the eggs, knead thoroughly minced meat, adding soaked white bread. Season with salt and spices. Divide into 6-8 pieces, put in the middle of each of crumbled feta and tucks cutlet. To oil and fry on the grill for 8-10 minutes on each side.
