Chicken with shrimps in coconut milk


  • 400 grams chicken breast without skin, cut into cubes
  • 400 grams shrimps, peeled
  • 600 grams coconut milk
  • 150 grams carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation method (receipt)

Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan, add sugar, salt and curry paste to taste, after boiling add chicken, cook for 5 minutes, add shrimps, bring to a boil again and add carrots, stew for 2 minutes.
