Chicken with paprika


  • 600 grams chicken breast
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 125 milliliters dry white wine
  • 125 milliliters chicken broth
  • 125 milliliters cream
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut chicken sirloin into thin lags. Cut onion into small pieces, pass it on vegetable oil. Add chicken pieces, fri until it become white. Wash paprica and cut it into straw. Cut zuccini and add to chicken. Add tomato paste, pass slightly, pour in wine and broth. Stew for 5 minutes. Pour in cream, boil, flavour with salt, pepper, and paprica powder.
