Chicken salad with noodles and pears


  • 350 grams noodles
  • 200g chicken breasts
  • 2 pears
  • 3 bunches of green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons roasted almonds
  • 100 grams blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil noddles until done, cool. Simmer breasts with water in a saucepan for 8 minutes, cool and slice. Dice finely pears. Mix all the ingredients, dress with mashed cheese with cream and water.
