Chicken breast with cheesy-broccoli sauce


  • 600 grams chicken breast fillet
  • 500 grams broccoli
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 grams cream cheese with herbs
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Cut the chicken breast strips and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Divide the broccoli into florets, add to the pan and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and add cheese, bring to a boil. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
