Cheese soup with broccoli


  • 800 grams broccoli
  • 600 milliliters vegetable stock
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt
  • grated nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Rinse broccoli, cut into florets and stalk slices. Bring to a boil vegetable broth, add the broccoli and milk, cook for about 15 minutes on low heat. Mash into puree, add the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and nutmeg. Again bring to a boil and serve.
