Cheese-carrot fritters


  • 50 grams oat flakes
  • 5 grams melted butter
  • 40 milliliters milk
  • 50 grams carrots, peeled
  • 0,25 onion
  • 40 grams cheese
  • 0,5 egg
  • 0.25 bunch of parsley
  • 0,25 teaspoons granulated vegetable broth
  • vegetable oil

Preparation method (receipt)

In a medium bowl combine oat flakes, milk and melted butter and leave to swell for 15 minutes. Coarsely grate carrots and cheese, finely chop onion and parsley. Mix vegetables and cheese with dough, season with granulated vegetable broth. Fry portions in the vegetable oil on each side.
