  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 0,5 liter of milk
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar, 1 package of vanilla pudding
  • 1 kilogram of pastelike cottage cheese
  • butter for greasing the form

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the ingredients for the dough, roll out the layer, they pave the bottom and sides of the split form. In a deep bowl, mix together the ingredients for the filling, pour it into the mold. Bake about 1 hour 15 minutes (at 175 degrees Celsius), if the top starts to get dark - cover with foil or parchment. Leave to cool in the oven for several hours. Totally cool in the refrigerator.
