Champignon roll

Ingredients

  • 6 champignons
  • 0,5 onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 flatbread

Preparation method (receipt)

Clean the onions and mushrooms. Chop onions, slice mushrooms. Preheat in a frying pan vegetable oil and pass the onion, add the mushrooms and fry over high heat, add salt, pepper and season with oregano, add the cream and cook for 1 minute. Share on the cake, roll and serve.
