Champignon-arugula salad

Ingredients

  • 500 grams champignons
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 75g arugula
  • 60 grams pine nuts
  • olive oil
  • white balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • ground pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Slice peeled mushrooms. Peel, wash and chop aragula. Dice feta cheese. Dress all ingredients with the mixture of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry pine nuts and add in the salad.
