Celery puree


  • 1 large celery root
  • 4 potatoes medium-sized
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 125 grams butter
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and dice the celery and potatoes. Boil together until soft. Drain the water, grind into a puree, add to the hot mass of butter, season to taste.
