  • 1 cauliflower
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs

Clean the cauliflower, wash and blanch the whole, cool it. Cut the flat slices. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Shake the egg. Bread cauliflower in flour, dip in eggs, and in the end - in breadcrumbs. Melt the butter and fry the cauliflower.
