Casserole with smoked meat and green beans


  • 100 grams smoked pork
  • 150 grams potatoes, 150 grams green beans
  • 0,5 tablespoons flour
  • 30 milliliters milk
  • 30 milliliters cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme, chopped
  • 0,5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil jacket potatoes, peel and dice. Blanch green beans in the hot salted water, drain in a colander. Dice the smoked pork and fry in the vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour, mix thoroughly, pour over milk, heat gently, add cream, season with salt, pepper and thyme. Remove the heat, add potatoes and green peas, place into the baking form, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
