Caramelised onions


  • 6 large onions
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and cut into quarters onion. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and fry onion until transparency, add salt and sugar, stirring, caramelize until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
